Presentation: “Facets of the team leader role”

The presentation will cover the facets of the team leader role in your CNT, from pre deployment considerations, ongoing assessment and advisement for your Critical Incident Commanders during an event, and post event debriefs and evaluations.  The primary goal is to foster critical thinking about the role of the team leader in relation to their personal development and how they serve command staff during an incident. Being mindful of unpredictable outcomes, there will also be discussion about the need for proper timely debriefs and member support / wellness.
